توضّح هذه الصفحة الشروط التي تنظّم استخدامك لموقع بو عسكور وخدماته.
1) قبول الشروط
باستخدامك لموقع بو عسكور أو بإتمام عملية شراء، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. يُرجى قراءة البنود بعناية قبل استخدام الموقع.
2) معلومات الشركة
الموقع مملوك ومدار من قبل بو عسكور للتجارة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. جميع العمليات تخضع لقوانين دولة الإمارات.
3) المنتجات والأسعار
- جميع الأسعار معروضة بالدرهم الإماراتي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (إن وجدت).
- نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار أو العروض دون إشعار مسبق.
- الصور على الموقع لأغراض التوضيح وقد تختلف تفاصيل التغليف أو اللون قليلاً.
4) الطلبات والدفع
عند تقديمك لطلب شراء، سيتم إرسال رسالة تأكيد تحتوي على تفاصيل الطلب. في حال وجود أي خطأ بالطلب أو بالدفع، نحتفظ بالحق في الإلغاء أو التعديل بعد التواصل معك.
5) الشحن والتوصيل
يتم التوصيل داخل الإمارات خلال يوم إلى يومين عمل، وللمناطق البعيدة (الغربية/الوقن/القوع) أيام الإثنين والخميس فقط. للمزيد راجع صفحة تفاصيل الشحن.
6) الإرجاع والاستبدال
نظرًا لطبيعة المنتجات الغذائية، لا يتم قبول الإرجاع إلا في حالة التلف أو الخطأ بالطلب خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام. يُرجى التواصل معنا لتنسيق الإرجاع.
7) حقوق الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات الموقع من صور ونصوص وشعارات مملوكة لـ بو عسكور، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن خطي مسبق.
8) تحديد المسؤولية
لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو المنتجات، بما في ذلك التأخيرات أو مشاكل التوصيل الخارجة عن إرادتنا.
9) التعديلات
يحق لـ بو عسكور تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. تسري التعديلات فور نشرها على هذه الصفحة.

2) Company Information
This website is owned and operated by Buaskoor Trading, based in the United Arab Emirates. All transactions are governed by UAE laws.
3) Products & Pricing
- All prices are in AED and include VAT (where applicable).
- We reserve the right to modify prices or promotions without prior notice.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ in packaging or color.
4) Orders & Payments
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in case of errors or payment issues.
5) Shipping & Delivery
Delivery within UAE typically takes 1–2 business days; remote areas (Al Dhafra/Al Waqn/Al Ghuwaifat) are delivered on Mondays & Thursdays. For more details, see Shipping Details.
6) Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted within 3 days if the item is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us to arrange replacement or refund.
7) Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Buaskoor and may not be used without written permission.
8) Limitation of Liability
Buaskoor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the website or products, including delays or courier issues beyond our control.
9) Amendments
Buaskoor reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective once posted on this page.
